Business identity

Electro Sur Web Inc. is the legal entity operating the ESW Tech and ESW Cargo DBAs. ESW Tech distributes wholesale technology and electronics. ESW Cargo provides separate logistics services. “Esetech” in certain Meta assets identifies ESW Tech. eswtech.net exclusively presents ESW Tech activities.

Products and customers

ESW Tech wholesales technology and electronic products, including phones, computers, accessories, gadgets, and replacement parts. It mainly serves wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and repair businesses. Brand names belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation.

Quotes, orders, and payments

Prices, stock, minimum quantities, taxes, payment costs, and quote validity are confirmed in writing before an order. An order is accepted only after commercial confirmation and the agreed payment. ESW Tech may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, pricing errors, fraud risk, legal noncompliance, or logistics constraints; any payment received will be addressed and communicated.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, insurance, carrier, destination, estimated timing, and cost responsibility are agreed before payment. Timelines are estimates and may change because of customs, carriers, weather, availability, or regulatory checks. ESW Cargo is another DBA of Electro Sur Web Inc. with different logistics functions; it is not an independent legal entity.

Returns, refunds, and warranties

Requests must be sent to diego@eswtech.net with the order number, description, photographs, and supporting evidence. Returns require prior authorization. Because transactions are B2B, the claim period, resolution process, refund method, and applicable costs are stated in the written quote or order confirmation. Used, activated, customized, improperly installed, damaged, or seal-altered products may be ineligible. Manufacturing defects are handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty or the condition agreed at sale.

Restricted products

ESW Tech does not accept illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, or intellectual-property-infringing transactions. ESW Tech does not use WhatsApp, WhatsApp catalogs, or other Meta commerce features to sell, promote, or facilitate products prohibited by Meta policies, including hazardous materials. Outside Meta commerce channels, batteries, telecommunications equipment, and products subject to transport, import, export, or trade controls require prior legal and logistics validation. ESW Tech may request identity, destination, end-use, or business-authorization documentation.

Privacy

Electro Sur Web Inc. processes data received through eswtech.net and ESW Tech channels to answer inquiries, register customers, provide quotes, process orders, prevent fraud, comply with law, and provide support. Data may include name, company, email, phone, address, commercial history, messages, cookies, IP address, device data, and website interactions. Hostinger processes forms and hosting; Google and other authorized providers may process analytics or advertising; Meta processes WhatsApp communications when the user chooses that channel. Data is shared only with necessary providers or when legally required. Users may accept or reject nonessential cookies and manage their preferences. Data is retained as needed for the commercial relationship, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Access, correction, or deletion requests may be sent to diego@eswtech.net.

WhatsApp consent

ESW Tech initiates WhatsApp communications only when a person voluntarily provides a number and authorizes the relevant message category. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Frequency depends on the request and commercial relationship. We do not sell phone numbers or treat group membership as automatic consent. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP or BAJA, or by emailing diego@eswtech.net. Messages may be processed by Meta and necessary technical providers. Approved templates are used outside permitted service windows when required. Human assistance remains available.
